Show Sue You Believe She Can Walk!
I discovered last winter that my breast cancer metastasized in my hips when pain put me in a wheel chair and had me bed bound. Thanks to treatments and physical therapy, I am walking again. I struggle to barely go one mile. I am hoping to increase my endurance and walk the 5 miles on October 27th (or at least the 2 mile short cut). I could use some encouragement though. Please donate if you believe I can do this.
I have benifited from services provided by the Rays of Hope since my original breast cancer diagnosis in 2014. So I am committed to raise funds in celebration of the 24th annual Rays of Hope – Walk & Run Toward the Cure of Breast Cancer.
Rays of Hope supports research at the Rays of Hope Center for Breast Cancer Research, treatment programs and services through the Baystate Health Breast Network, outreach and education and awards grants to support complementary therapies throughout western Massachusetts.
Please make a contribution toward my goal in support of such an outstanding organization. Your donation is fully tax-deductible. All funds raised remain local.
