MATCHING GIFT PROGRAMS
Does Your Organization Have a Matching Gift Program?
A matching gift program is a powerful way to amplify the impact of your employees' charitable donations while strengthening your company’s commitment to social responsibility. By promoting your matching gift program, you not only help support the causes your employees care about but also build a culture of giving within your workplace. Take action today by following the steps below!

1. Inform employees about your company's matching gift program and encourage them to learn more through your Human Resources Department or whomever is the best contact for the program. Provide employees with clear details on the program guidelines, any deadlines for matching requests, and if there are specific differences for online vs. check donations.
3. Clearly communicate the process for submitting a matching gift request by providing employees with the necessary forms and instructions on how to complete and submit them. Include information about whether your company matches donations made by spouses or retirees to ensure employees are aware of all eligible giving opportunities. |
